Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial air duct cleaning Clean dryer vent systems Assist with mold remediation projects Operate duct cleaning equipment and tools safely Maintain a clean and professional appearance Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Work efficiently with team members to complete jobs Identify and recommend additional services when appropriate Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas Construction, HVAC, restoration, handyman, or similar field experience preferred Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional attitude and appearance Respectful, dependable, and punctual Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining services What We're Looking For Hard-working individuals who take pride in their work Team players who work well with others Self-motivated employees who can identify opportunities to help customers Individuals with sales ability or customer service experience are a plus Employees who want to grow within the company and potentially advance into leadership or team lead positions Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Commission opportunities Performance bonuses Overtime opportunities Paid training Career advancement opportunities, including Team Lead positions Experience in duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, HVAC, restoration, construction, or mold remediation is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
