Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. Your expertise will help improve indoor air quality and comfort for our clients across various commercial and residential properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge HVAC technology, develop your mechanical skills, and contribute to building environments that promote health and well-being. Duties Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems and boilers according to schematics and HVAC design plans Conduct system troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to identify issues with electrical components, refrigeration lines, or mechanical parts Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, fans, motors, valves, or piping using welding techniques when necessary Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately assemble or modify HVAC systems Assist with plumbing connections related to HVAC installations including refrigerant lines and water supply systems Maintain detailed records of work performed, including system diagnostics, repairs made, and parts used Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and local building codes while providing excellent customer service Experience Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or installer with a strong background in construction or property maintenance Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and mechanical knowledge essential for accurate system installation and troubleshooting Knowledge of plumbing practices related to refrigerant lines and water connections Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools including ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for repairs Experience working with boilers or other mechanical systems is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a driver vehicle safely Ability to work independently in diverse environments while maintaining high safety standards Join us as an HVAC Installer Technician if you're eager to apply your mechanical expertise in a fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges.
