Job Description

Back Property Maintenance-HVAC Technician @ Elwood Staffing Flexible schedule:

M-Th:

4 hours between 8am and 4pm.

Friday:

8am-12pm Perform minor facility repairs, including painting and drywall repair Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs, including filter changes and unit maintenance and troubleshooting Complete basic plumbing tasks such as cleaning P traps and changing fixtures Replace light sockets and light fixtures as needed Conduct general maintenance and upkeep of building interiors

Salary Range:

$22/hr

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance experience HVAC certification/experience Ability to remove and install appliances How to
