Join a company that values quality work, professional development, and work-life balance. Position Overview We are looking for experienced HVAC Installers to join our team. You will install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new construction and existing homes/businesses according to manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company standards. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems (split systems, package units, ductwork, mini-splits, etc.) in residential and commercial settings. Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and work orders to determine installation requirements. Perform start-up, testing, and commissioning of new systems. Ensure all installations meet safety standards, local codes, and manufacturer guidelines. Collaborate with technicians and project leads for efficient job completion. Maintain a clean work site and professional appearance. Use Housecall Pro software for job documentation. Participate in ongoing training and NATE certification opportunities. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (residential/commercial preferred). EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain). Valid Louisiana driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in attics/crawl spaces, and handle outdoor conditions. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety. Reliable transportation and tools. NATE certification or Louisiana Mechanical Contractor experience a big plus.
