HVAC Installer/Technician - Join Our Team at Buddy's Electrical & A/C Buddy's Electrical & A/C has proudly served our community for over 25 years as a trusted provider of HVAC services specializing in installation, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing team. Position Overview As an HVAC Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills and build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. Responsibilities Assist HVAC technicians with installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Help troubleshoot and diagnose system issues Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing filters, cleaning coils, and checking thermostats Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow company safety procedures and industry standards Learn HVAC codes, best practices, and technical skills on the job Qualifications Minimum 1 year of hands-on HVAC, construction, electrical, or mechanical experience required High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments, including heat, cold, and tight spaces Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills If you are dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow in the HVAC field, we encourage you to apply today.
