Experienced HVAC Installation Technicians Tropical Air Kare New Orleans, LA Job Details Full-time $20 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Customer service Equipment installation Driver's License Electrical experience Driving HVAC system repair Mechanical troubleshooting Full Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Installation Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service to our residential and commercial customers. The pay is $20-$30 an hour + uncapped-commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, equipment, and components in accordance with company standards and local codes Accurately explain repair options and recommendations to customers Maintain proper documentation of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with OSHA and company safety standards Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in clean and working condition Work collaboratively with dispatch and team members to complete jobs efficiently
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of HVAC service and installation experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
