Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service to our residential and commercial customers. The pay is $20-$30 an hour + uncapped-commissions. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers Complete maintenance reports accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and workspace Follow all safety procedures and company policies Participate in on-call rotation as needed Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with residential and/or light commercial systems
