is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our property at Arts, Bastion I/II & Old School in New Orleans, LA. . This position requires regular travel between assigned properties. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents. Qualifications Maintenance Experience Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology. Knowledge of property management systems and processes Painting, plumbing, and electrical experience Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders & other maintenance equipment. Required Qualifications HVAC Certified Proven 1 year of HVAC experience Valid Driver's License Compensation

• $25 Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
