Urgent Hiring - Maintenance Supervisor / HVAC TechnicianMy Home at Lakeview Apartments 7001 Martin Drive, New Orleans, LA My Home at Lakeview Apartments is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor / HVAC Technician for an immediate opening. We are looking for a dependable, skilled professional with strong HVAC and apartment maintenance experience to join our team. Job Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems, air conditioners, condensers, air handlers, and related equipment Perform HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance Oversee daily maintenance operations and service requests Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues Coordinate apartment turns and make-ready activities Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed Maintain maintenance inventory, tools, and equipment Supervise vendors and contractors when necessary Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property Qualifications HVAC certification preferred Experience installing, servicing, and repairing HVAC equipment Apartment maintenance experience preferred Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician experience is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and manage maintenance priorities Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position Immediate start available How to Apply We are hiring immediately and looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
