CORE RESIDENTIAL HVAC SALES TECHNICIAN CONTRIBUTIONS

Professionally engaging with homeowners, building positive connections, and fostering trust in your expertise and our company Diagnosing the source of heating and air conditioning system issues and clearly explaining service options to homeowners Recommending additional repairs and replacements when appropriate, explaining the benefits of upgrades without being pushy Completing compliant, accurate, and timely repairs and maintenance Educating homeowners on system usage and efficiency tips Encouraging customer referrals and repeat business Closely documenting all findings, customer decisions, and services performed

MUST-HAVES

Experience as a residential HVAC service technician with experience selling upgrades/services Proven ability to generate repair revenue on service calls without pressuring customers Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to clearly explain technical information in layman's terms and appropriately communicate findings to homeowners Ability to build rapport and foster trust with customers Comfort with recommending repairs, upgrades, memberships, and replacements Valid driver's license
