Job Description
HVAC / Apt On-Call Maintenance Tech opening at single location apartment community on the West Bank.
- $2000 signing bonus offer. On-call tech receives $500 bonus plus overtime & travel time every 4th week of rotation. Off Friday/Sat/Sunday's after on-call shift. (

Candidate MUST:
- Must have Universal EPA certification or EPA Type 1 & 2, with at least 2 years of experience in installation, maintenance, repair of a/c's in a residential/apt. setting.
- Be willing & able to work on 2nd and 3rd story flat roofs when necessary; and lift 50-80 lbs.
- Be experienced in general maintenance of apartments.
- Be available for periodic on call rotations. This requires living within 30 minutes of the 70131 zip code or on-site with a rental discount.
- Use your own vehicle with the capability to transport a ladder with valid drivers license & insurance.
- Provide your own hand tools.
