The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance and appliance repair, with experience in various HVAC systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The technician will work on both residential and commercial properties, providing high-quality service to our clients. Duties Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including boilers and refrigeration units. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems using tools such as an ohmmeter. Perform regular inspections of HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Conduct necessary repairs on ammonia refrigeration systems as required. Collaborate with team members to design and build custom HVAC solutions for clients. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Experience Proven experience in property maintenance or as a service technician in the HVAC field is preferred. Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus. Knowledge of welding techniques for HVAC installations is desirable. Experience working with various refrigerants and understanding their properties is beneficial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
