HVAC Apprentice & RotoBrush Lead

Robies has an immediate opening for a unique new position

• a dual role.

The role will be a combination of HVAC Apprentice as well as the lead technician on Robies RotoBrush jobs, performing Duct Cleaning and Dryer Vent Cleaning. This will include admin work and the opportunity for sales activity related to Duct Cleaning and Dryer Vent Cleaning. The role of a Robies HVAC Apprentice is to assist HVAC Service & Installation Technicians in all aspects of work related to heating, cooling, refrigeration, generators, mini split heat pumps and hydronic systems. Work includes repair, maintenance, diagnostics and installation. Candidates should be able to take direction, communicate properly and show initiative and professionalism. Role will also include operating as Robies Lead Duct Cleaning & Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician, which will include opportunities to sell these products. The company may ask for assistance with special projects as well, on an as needed basis. Individual must be able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment where safety, cleanliness, customer service, professionalism and attention to detail is essential. This dual role is an excellent opportunity to learn the entire HVAC trade, become an expert at RotoBrush as well as learn some of the business side of an HVAC company with admin responsibilities and sales opportunities. • Valid Driver's License with good driving history as well as mechanical aptitude and a basic set of tools
