Experience in performing HVAC maintenance work independently is required. Robies HVAC Maintenance Technicians perform maintenance to all aspects of heating, cooling, refrigeration, generator, mini split heat pump and hydronic systems. Candidates should be able to take direction, communicate properly and show initiative and professionalism. Candidates should be prepared to show up on time each day prepared for the day ahead. Candidates must be able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment where safety, cleanliness and attention to detail is essential. An HVAC Maintenance Technician has a clear career path to becoming an HVAC Service Technician. Energy, enthusiasm and positivity are requirements for any applicant.
