Job Summary Join our team as an HVAC/Sheetmetal Apprentice and kickstart your career in the exciting world of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sheet metal fabrication. This paid apprenticeship offers hands-on experience working alongside skilled technicians on a variety of projects. If you're eager to build a strong foundation in the HVAC industry this is the perfect opportunity for you! Duties Assist experienced technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, mini splits, and furnaces. Support sheet metal fabrication tasks such as cutting, bending, and assembling ductwork for various systems Prior experience or training in construction, plumbing, refrigeration, or mechanical systems will reflect in wage amount but no experience is required. Basic understanding of tools and mechanical knowledge Ability to work outdoors or in confined spaces as needed during field service tasks Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills related to equipment and mechanical troubleshooting This paid apprenticeship provides an excellent pathway into the thriving HVAC industry.
