The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, ventilation, air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability perform basic HVAC maintenance on units that do not have issues. The HVAC Technician will work in various settings, including residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems. Responsibilities Maintain HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment. Ability to text coolant levels using gauges. Conduct field service visits to assess system performance. Document all service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed. Provide excellent customer service while at the properties Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in property maintenance or field service. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in the HVAC industry. Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC installations. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
