Engtal is working with a firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities :

• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
• Coordinate and manage all project activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, including blueprint reading and project scheduling
• Mechanical experience required
