We're looking for a licensed Refrigeration Technician (RT) to work directly with our lead tech and help scale service and install operations. This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential into a lead position. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair: Walk-in coolers/freezers RTUs and split systems Residential HVAC systems Ice machines and refrigeration equipment Assist and lead installs: RTU replacements Residential system replacements Minisplits (Mitsubishi, Durastar, etc.) Perform preventative maintenance (commercial + residential) Document work in ServiceTitan (notes, photos, time tracking)
