GRPC Summary:

Seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic/Electrician to maintain and service building equipment within a portfolio of properties.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or trade school preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical, HVACR, or related field. Massachusetts refrigeration, electrical, or plumbing license beneficial but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment. Ability to create efficient weekly work schedules. Knowledge of critical building systems operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Travel to different buildings for maintenance and service on equipment. Work with stationary building engineers on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Perform critical services on HVAC and mechanical equipment. Develop understanding of building systems for effective operation. Available for occasional after-hours work to reduce tenant disruptions.
