If you enjoy walking into a situation, quickly assessing the issue, and confidently diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including QC Quality Control work —this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Perform Quality Control work Diagnose ( troubleshoot ) and repair a wide range of residential HVAC systems Handle warranty repair work along with general service calls Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Communicate clearly with customers and provide a great experience Follow Green Energy Mechanical service protocols and best practices Collaborate with a supportive office and field team

What We're Looking For:

5-15 years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred, commercial background welcome) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field A "get it done right and fast" mindset Positive attitude, flexible, and easy to work with Strong work ethic and a customer-first approach
