HVAC Installer

We are a growing home services company providing residential solutions including HVAC, electrical, energy efficiency, weatherization, and related home improvement services. We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team and deliver high-quality installation work across residential and light commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

Assess client needs and plan suitable HVAC system installations based on requirements and building specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and installation manuals. Mount and install HVAC units including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning components in accordance with design specs and local building codes. Ensure all electrical, refrigerant, and gas connections are safe, secure, and code-compliant. Install and connect ductwork, piping, and related components. Test newly installed systems to verify proper operation and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues on existing HVAC systems. Carry out repairs as needed and document work completed. Advise customers on system operation, energy efficiency, and maintenance best practices. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of proven experience in HVAC installation or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent mechanical skills with the ability to assemble, diagnose, and repair equipment. Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship. Physical stamina — ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods. Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license required. EPA 608 Certification preferred. High school diploma or trade school certification preferred. Massachusetts license for refrigeration is a plus
