Danvers, MA / North Boston Area Palmer & Sicard is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team servicing commercial customers throughout the North Boston and Danvers, MA area. We are looking for a motivated technician with strong troubleshooting and repair experience across commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems who can work independently and provide high-quality service to our customers. Compensation & Benefits $55-$60/hour based on experience Company vehicle provided Competitive benefits package Growth opportunities within the company Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Service and repair rooftop units (RTUs), boilers, chillers, and refrigeration equipment Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Install, replace, and commission commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment as needed Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems Complete service documentation and work orders accurately Maintain a safe work environment while following company and OSHA safety standards Communicate professionally with customers and team members If you are an experienced commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician looking for a stable company, strong compensation, and long-term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:

Qualifications Massachusetts Refrigeration License

REQUIRED

5+ years of commercial HVAC & refrigeration experience

REQUIRED

Experience working with: RTUs Boilers Chillers Commercial refrigeration systems EPA Certification preferred Massachusetts Gas License is a PLUS, but not required Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently in the field Valid driver's license with clean driving record
