Work Hours:
7:30am to 4:00pm | Monday through
Friday Job Duties:
Service and maintenance on residential gas HVAC systems Propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers Providing excellent customer service Consulting with and educating homeowners on systems and product Ability to contact tech support with diagnostic questions Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Daily use of tablet Townsend Energy | Danvers, MA. Qualifications:
4 + years of HVAC experience MA Gas license EPA Universal Certification Experience consulting customer with repair and replace decisions Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Able to lift up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Certificate from a HVAC Technical School -Desired High school diploma or equivalent
