Translate technical findings into clear recommendations customers can act on. Create thorough service records detailing work performed and parts used. Work safely at all times, following regulations and best practices. Continuously learn—track new tools, methods, and innovations in HVAC. What do I need to bring to the role? High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade training is a plus. Current HVAC technician license and relevant certifications. Field experience as an HVAC technician or similar position. Hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, instruments, and installation techniques. Exceptional troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
