Key Responsibilities Maintain HVAC systems and components Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment Repair compressors, fans, motors, and controls Monitor building automation systems Maintain chillers, air handlers, and cooling systems Ensure temperature/humidity compliance for equipment spaces Document maintenance actions Minimum Qualifications 3+ years HVAC maintenance experience Knowledge of HVAC controls and systems EPA Universal Certification (required) Preventative maintenance experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with mission critical facilities

system experience Government facility experience Work Environment / Clearance Onsite secure facility Lift up to 50 lbs Work in mechanical spaces

Pay:

$55.67 per hour
