Job Description

Overview We are seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. Our company services customers in large multi-residential apartments/condos and light commercial environments. With a team of 250+ tradesmen, a state-of-the-art facility, a large fabrication shop, and a strong reputation in the industry, we invest heavily in our people. From ongoing safety training to the latest in mechanical codes and product innovation, we make sure our team stays ahead. Responsibilities:
Work on large multi-res apartments/condos and light commercial HVAC equipment Service and repair rooftop units, packaged systems, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, and more Replace and repair compressors, motors, expansion valves, coils, and other system components Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service reports Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, building codes, and EPA regulations
Qualifications:
5+ years of HVAC Service experience Experience in maintaining customer/vendor relationships EPA Universal Valid drivers license with a clean record Pass a background check

$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
