Sales and Service Technician

Precision Garage Door of Boston is looking for a mechanically inclined, customer-focused Sales and Service Technician to join our growing team. This role combines residential garage door repair with consultative sales, giving you the opportunity to earn strong income while helping homeowners improve the safety, function, and appearance of their homes. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, recommend solutions, and present repair or replacement options directly to homeowners. This is a great opportunity for someone from HVAC, trades, residential service, field service, or another hands-on home service background who enjoys working with customers and wants strong earning potential. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair garage door issues Present service and replacement options to homeowners Sell repair work and replacement doors Deliver a five-star customer experience Follow a proven service and sales process Participate in coaching, call review, and performance tracking Compensation & Benefits $30/hour minimum guarantee Commission on top Most techs earn $100K-$150K+ Company vehicle and iPad Health benefits and 401(k) Training and support provided What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience Strong communication and customer service skills Sales-minded, coachable, and motivated by earnings Comfortable working in customers' homes Comfortable with metrics, numbers, and accountability Available every other Saturday This is an excellent fit for someone who wants to combine technical work, customer interaction, and strong income opportunity in a high-performing home service business.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
