• Full-time Entry Level HVAC Position Endless Energy, a growing energy efficiency company, established for almost 40 years, is seeking a self-motivated and reliable entry-level HVAC employee to assist with maintaining our warehouse inventory & in getting our crews materials they need at job sites.

This is an opportunity to enter the industry, learn about the product, and move into a more experienced technician role. Must be driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented to work in this exciting, fast-paced environment. Candidate must be located within a reasonable distance of Marlborough, MA. This job is ideal for candidates who have their EPA Certification but anywhere from no experience to a year of experience in the field.

Requirements Responsibilities:

Become a master installer of heat pump/ mini-split systems, ducted systems, and basic controls Learn to perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, modifications and repairs to HVAC commercial equipment Have the work ethic to want to finish on time and correctly with minimal call backs Desired Candidate Background 1 year of prior HVAC experience a PLUS but not required High School or GED equivalent preferred; EAP Certification required Must have valid driver's license with clean driver record Must be able to undergo a background check Must be able to speak fluent English. Additional languages are a plus!
