Job Description

About 3R Plumbing & Mechanical Veteran-owned HVAC and plumbing company serving the South Shore of Massachusetts.
We invest in our techs:
stocked vans, modern diagnostic tools, ServiceTitan on iPads, and real training. We're growing and we need experienced service techs who take pride in their work. What you'll do Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems — gas furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini-splits, and AC Perform maintenance and tune-ups Present repair and replacement options honestly and clearly to homeowners Generate replacement leads for our Comfort Advisor (and get paid for every one that sells) Document work in ServiceTitan with photos and notes Participate in an on-call rotation What's in it for you Top-of-market hourly pay plus spiffs on accessories, memberships, and sold leads Performance pay program — your skill directly grows your paycheck Fully stocked company van, gas card, iPhone, and iPad Paid training and continuing education (including new refrigerant systems like R-454B) Health benefits, PTO, and paid holidays Veteran-owned shop with a no-drama culture What we're looking for 3+ years residential HVAC service experience EPA 608 Universal certification Strong diagnostic skills on gas heating and AC/heat pump systems Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional, customer-friendly communication Nice to have MA refrigeration technician license Gas fitter card Experience with Navien, Bryant, Trane, or Mitsubishi equipment ServiceTitan experience 3R Plumbing & Mechanical is an equal opportunity employer. Pay:
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
