We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installations while mentoring team members and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. Position Summary The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for leading installation crews on residential and light commercial HVAC projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Responsibilities Lead and manage HVAC installation crews on job sites Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and ductwork systems Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and installation instructions Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions in the field Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate professionally with customers regarding project progress and system operation Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction Coordinate with office staff, service technicians, and project managers as needed Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred Previous leadership or crew management experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Sheet metal fabrication experience Gas piping experience OSHA certification NATE certification Experience with heat pumps, mini splits, and high-efficiency systems Benefits Competitive pay Paid holidays and vacation time Health insurance options Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Uniforms provided Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Overtime opportunities Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional overtime and emergency work may be required during peak seasons Apply Today If you are a skilled HVAC installer looking to take the next step in your career with a company that values quality workmanship and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
