You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of home heating and cooling units while ensuring every client receives top-tier service. Repair and troubleshoot various systems, including AC units, boilers, furnaces, and hydronic heating, to ensure reliable operation. Discuss various repair or replacement paths with homeowners to help them make informed decisions. Improve overall service quality by ensuring accurate diagnostics and efficient repairs to solve issues on the first visit. Support the team by joining the emergency service on-call rotation. Maintain adaptability to handle shifting daily priorities and service calls. Ensure all service documentation and parts usage are logged correctly in ServiceTitan. Uphold high standards for reliability and consistent attendance. Complete other tasks as requested by management. Necessary Qualifications At least 2 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service. Prior familiarity with the ServiceTitan software is a plus. Proven ability to suggest service upgrades and equipment replacements. Build lasting client relationships through clear and professional communication. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals. Comfortable using digital tools and computers for invoicing and scheduling. Physically capable of performing tasks while working on ladders. Able to lift weights up to 50 pounds. Additional Requirements Experience:
Two years of residential HVAC service experience is mandatory.
License/Certification:
You must hold a valid EPA Certification.
