We can create 5-year Plans for your Employment here. You'd be reporting to Managment in our Commercial Division that has been here for over 40 years, and 20 years respectively. The Big Task We are seeking an experienced Lead Commercial Installer with Sheet Metal experience, able to run the Jobs properly. VRF/Piping etc experience not necessary but would be great-if not; ability & desire to be trained on these Systems. Most important is quality of work & Teamwork/positive can-do attitude that shows true Leadership. Key Sub Tasks Maintain communication with department manager regarding project status, and direct apprentices at job sites. Review technical drawings to determine the most efficient installation method and lead the installation process ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Analytical skills to interpret technical drawings. Arithmetic skills to convert measurements. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety practices are followed. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools related to Commercial Installation work. Have and maintain a clean driving record. Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this. Lead the on-site Teamwith clar & concise positive Leadership. Desired Skills and Experience Experience in Commercial HVAC installations. Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Certifications related to sheet metal installation or safety practices.
