HVAC Technician Apprentice Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of residential HVAC systems Support technicians with troubleshooting heating and cooling equipment Help install and fabricate ductwork and duct fittings Assist with start-ups for mini splits, heat pumps, furnaces, and air conditioning systems Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Provide professional and positive customer interactions Learn HVAC service procedures, tools, and best practices from experienced technicians Perform additional duties and support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Strong interest in pursuing a career in HVAC or skilled trades Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Valid driver's license preferred

Preferred Experience:

HVAC trade school or technical coursework is a plus Prior mechanical, construction, or labor experience preferred but not required
