Full-time, year-round About the Position Biermann Plumbing & Heating Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with strong commercial HVAC experience to join our growing team in West Springfield. We are looking for a dependable, motivated technician with excellent troubleshooting skills who can handle both commercial and residential service work. Responsibilities Install, service, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems Diagnose heating and cooling issues and provide clear repair options Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of systems Communicate professionally with customers and site contacts Maintain accurate service notes, parts usage, and job records Follow all safety procedures and company standards Participate in a rotating weekend on‑call schedule Qualifications Commercial HVAC experience required EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with a good driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and customer‑focused attitude Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay: $35

Qualifications:

Massachusetts oil burners License (required) EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) (required) Sheet Metal License (preferred) Minimum 7+ years of field experience in HVAC installation and service Strong technical knowledge of commercial heating and cooling systems Valid driver's license and clean driving record Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
