Technician Certification Refrigeration Full Job Description We're hiring an Install Manager to lead and standardize commercial HVAC/R installation operations, with a strong focus on field execution, safety, productivity, and workforce development. This is a department-level leadership role responsible for setting installation standards, supporting field teams, and driving consistent, high-quality execution across all projects.

What You'll Do:

Establish and enforce installation standards and best practices across all jobs Provide constructability guidance and field support to Project Managers and Foremen Lead, mentor, and develop installers, foremen, and apprentices Support labor planning, staffing strategy, and workforce development Monitor productivity, labor efficiency, and install-related KPIs Drive corrective actions when performance falls behind expectations Enforce OSHA, safety, quality, and compliance standards Partner with Project Management, Estimating, and Training to improve planning and execution Develop SOPs, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of commercial HVAC/R installation experience, including leadership Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, piping, ductwork, and refrigeration systems Proven ability to lead field teams and improve productivity OSHA 30 and EPA 608 required Massachusetts Refrigeration License preferred (or state equivalent)
