HVAC Service Technician

Job Description:

Modern Energy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Technician to join our HVAC department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and hands-on experience with heat pump systems , including central, and ductless systems. Experience with VRF a plus but not strictly necessary.

PLEASE NOTE

this position requires hands-on work in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee service operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and timely repairs. Perform repairs and service in the field. Troubleshoot issues with customers over the phone. Manage, train, and support service technicians. Coordinate scheduling and maintain service records. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues over the phone and in the field.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience, with expertise in heat pump systems. Valid Universal EPA license. Valid Driver's license. Fluent in English.
