We're looking for a Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Installation Foreman to join our growing team and lead large-scale commercial construction projects across the region. What You'll Do Lead and supervise HVAC and refrigeration installation crews on commercial construction projects. Coordinate daily jobsite activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Install and oversee installation of commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, piping, ductwork, controls, and related components. Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and customers. Ensure all work meets company quality standards, local codes, and safety regulations. Mentor and develop technicians and apprentices. Manage materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently. What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration installation experience. Previous foreman, lead technician, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and HVAC systems. Ability to read plans, specifications, and mechanical drawings. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
