Position Summary:

AllState Career School in Baltimore is seeking an experienced, highly motivated HVAC Instructor to join its faculty. AllState Career School provides educational programs that deliver real-life career skills in high-demand occupations that lead to employment upon graduation and a lifetime of professional growth. Job Description We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach HVAC classes in our HVAC/R program. We have a need for a full-time and 2 part-time professional positions reporting directly to the Program Director. The primary responsibility will be to teach HVAC courses. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, assist the program director, and participate in department training, meetings, and graduation.

Location:

AllState Career School in Baltimore Requirements HVAC/R Certificate of Completion or Diploma required; associate degree preferred EPA Universal Certification is required HVAC/R Journeyman license is highly desired but not required At least three years of experience as an HVAC Technician Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven Prior higher education teaching experience preferred

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm Monday - Thursday, 5:30pm to 11pm FT positions work a split and covers both shifts

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
