Lead HVAC Technician E Logic Bethesda, MD Job Details Full-time From $80,000 a year 14 hours ago Qualifications Chilled water HVAC systems Boiler repair Hot water heating systems EPA 608 Technician Certification EPA Universal Certification Industrial boilers Full Job Description E-logic is looking for an expert Lead HVAC Technician to direct and perform complex climate control, refrigeration, and central utility plant operations for the U.S. Navy at U.S. Navy at Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD). This critical position involves overseeing the upkeep of sophisticated naval facilities infrastructure, managing subordinate staff, and executing precision repairs and preventive maintenance schedules. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Lead HVAC point of contact, coordinate daily tasks, and supervise on-site personnel assigned to HVAC infrastructure work. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair large package units, chiller plants, closed-loop systems, and air compressor networks. Service industrial boilers, hot air furnaces, industrial refrigeration, and specialized dehumidification systems. Ensure all activities strictly comply with OSHA 1910 and
EM 385-1-1
safety regulations. Maintain a highly professional appearance in provided company uniforms. Qualifications & Requirements EPA Section 608 Universal Certification. Propane Refrigerant Certification. Formal training and field validation in maintaining/repairing large-scale complex package units, boiler plants, and chiller infrastructure. Ability to use specialized heavy tools, safely lift 75 pounds and carry it up to 15 feet, and work comfortably in cramped spaces (kneeling, crawling, bending) Willing to attend 24/7 emergency call
