HVAC Installer-H&B Plumbing & Heating, Inc. - Chesapeake City, MD H&B Plumbing & Heating is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are a family-owned company proudly serving Cecil County and surrounding areas since 1980 with a reputation built on quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, work well with customers, and want long-term career opportunities with a stable and respected company. Job Responsibilities Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems Replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, ductless systems, and related equipment Install line sets, condensate drains, venting, gas piping, thermostats, and accessories Startup and test installed systems Maintain clean and professional job sites Communicate effectively with customers and office staff Complete digital job reports and required paperwork using company-issued tablet Operate company vehicle safely and responsibly Qualifications HVAC installation experience required - 5 YEARS MIN EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and attitude Maryland HVAC license preferred but not required depending on experience Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Take-home company vehicle Company-issued tablet Year-round steady work Paid holidays and vacation Continuing education opportunities Opportunities for advancement Supportive family-owned work environment About H&B Plumbing & Heating H&B Plumbing & Heating has proudly served Cecil County and surrounding areas for over 45 years.
