What You'll Be Doing:
Handle day-to-day maintenance issues across the apartment complex: plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting, drywall, and more Complete work orders and assist with unit turnovers (getting apartments move-in ready) Troubleshoot and resolve repair issues quickly and efficiently Ensure the property stays clean, safe, and resident-ready
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential maintenance, preferably in apartments, hotels, or private homes. Possession of personal hand tools and a drill, to be brought to the site daily for use. Reliable transportation and a collaborative team mentality are essential. Ability to handle physical workloads and adapt to various maintenance tasks. Experience or Certification for HVAC repair and maintenance .
