HVAC Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Support a crew of 7-10 Service Techs to assure accurate diagnosis of HVAC systems in the field, outstanding customer service and motivation to meet company goals. Effectively be a resource for the Service Crew to assist with problem solving and answering questions. Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and lite commercial settings. Conduct thorough assessments of HVAC systems to identify issues and propose effective solutions. Perform preventative maintenance to optimize system performance and prolong equipment life. Collaborate with services techs to prioritize and efficiently handle service calls and maintenance tasks. Educate customers on proper equipment usage, maintenance, and potential upgrades.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems and components. Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
