HVAC Lead Installer

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated HVAC Installation Technician to install residential HVAC systems and related equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and installation plans Perform electrical wiring and control setup Execute proper brazing practices Assemble, seal, and install ductwork and fittings Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Provide excellent customer service and communication Ensure all work meets safety and company standards Qualifications Experience in HVAC installation (residential preferred) Proficiency in electrical wiring and controls Knowledge of proper brazing techniques Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage a helper when needed Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong customer service and communication skills What We Offer Up to $300/month toward medical insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Up to 3% Simple IRA Matching Vision and dental coverage Company-provided tools Company Provided Ipad Ongoing training and education opportunities Clear path for career growth and advancement About B&E Services We work on a wide range of systems including residential, light commercial, VRF systems, refrigeration, and more .
