High-Impact Hospital Maintenance Blue Jacket is seeking a reliable, mid-career HVAC Technician for a long-term maintenance contract at a major VA Hospital. This is a dedicated-site role—you aren't chasing service calls across the city; you are focused on the operational health of 72 Air Handling Units (AHUs) within a single high-security facility. You will be part of a structured on-site team, working directly with a Superintendent with 40+ years of experience and supported by a Junior PM who handles the high-level reporting.

The Mission Mechanical Maintenance:

Execute the cleaning, restoration, and preventative maintenance of 72 AHUs across the hospital campus.

On-Site Collaboration:

Work daily with our veteran Superintendent. This is a rare opportunity for a mid-career tech to work under one of the best technical minds in the trade.

Reporting Support:

Use a company tablet to document work and take photos. Our Junior PM handles the final reports—you just provide the "field truth."

Professionalism:

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional presence in a sensitive medical environment. Requirements (Minimal/Mandatory)

License:

Valid HVAC Journeyman License.

Safety:

OSHA 10 Certification.

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Security:

Must be a U.S. Citizen. You must be able to pass extensive federal background checks required for secure VA Hospital access.

Travel:

Ability to travel to other sites if required (though the primary focus is this dedicated contract).

Experience:
