Universal Certification Journeyman HVAC Service technician experience Full Job Description Fresh Air Concepts is a growing residential and light commercial HVAC company serving the greater Baltimore-DC metro area. We're looking for a skilled, self-motivated service technician to join our field team — someone who takes pride in clean installs, clear communication with customers, and getting the job done right the first time. What you'll do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, package units) Perform seasonal tune-ups, filter changes, coil cleaning, and preventive maintenance visits Install replacement equipment and assist with new system installs as needed Communicate clearly with homeowners and business clients about findings, options, and pricing Complete service documentation and job photos in our field service app (ServiceTitan) Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and tool inventory Requirements 2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential required; commercial a plus) EPA Section 608 Universal certification Valid driver's license with a clean record Ability to work independently, manage a daily route, and prioritize call-backs Strong diagnostic skills across major equipment brands (Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Goodman, etc.) Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops Nice to have NATE certification (any specialty) Experience with mini-splits / multi-zone systems Familiarity with smart thermostats and connected home systems Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniforms provided Paid time off: 10 days vacation + 6 holidays to start Ongoing manufacturer and NATE training is supported and paid Tool allowance: $500/year after first year Fresh Air Concepts is an equal opportunity employer.
