This position does not require weekend or night work — we focus on predictable daytime schedules so you can be home with family. The ideal candidate has demonstrated ability to install a broad range of residential HVAC equipment including air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, oil- and gas-fired furnaces, mini-split systems, duct modification, and indoor air quality (IAQ) products. Lead-level candidates will be comfortable managing installations from start to finish and mentoring junior technicians.
