Now Hiring - HVAC Service Techs Excellent Compensation & Benefits SMO Energy has immediate stable opportunities for experienced HVAC Technicians to join its Service Team in Prince Frederick, MD. SMO Energy offers an exceptional Compensation and Benefits Package including Quarterly Incentives and Tip Fees, Full 40+ hour weeks, BCBS Health Insurance, Company paid Life and Disability Protection, and a 401(k) Retirement Plan. EOE Primary Responsibilities Maintain, repair and install customers' HVAC equipment Perform annual maintenance/efficiency tune-ups Generate billable revenue within a "Flat Rate" environment Must be responsible for Company truck, tools and inventory Work effectively with Service Dispatch Ensure timely and safe performance of service calls Perform administrative duties related to service calls in a timely manner Provide prompt and courteous service to customers on a daily basis while ensuring environmental compliance on every call Must be capable of turning in leads for new equipment Must be capable of upgrading customers to service agreements Other duties as assigned Education or Professional Certification/License Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent Journeymen's license desired CFC certification desired Build a rewarding career with an industry leader!
