Job Description

HVAC Technicians and Installers Anthony & Son Indoor Air Quality is looking for qualified HVAC Installer to work for a reputable and honest company. We mostly service residents in Montgomery county, Frederick county and Howard County. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, will also need to have a MINIMUM of 2-YEAR FIELD EXPERIENCE, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers, co-workers and managers; the ability to analyze and solve problems; exceptional attention to detail; highly organized self-starter who can manage time, handle challenges, volumes of work and pressure, and who can be a vital part of the installation team to complete daily schedule effectively and efficiently. Willing to train. Pay based on experience.
Requirements for this position include:

Prior experience in the HVAC installation. Ability to speak and understand English. Positive attitude. Ability to take and follow directions. Ability to perform with no supervision Copper fit & brazing Observe all company procedures and safety rules. Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required. Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
