HVAC Helper

HVAC Helper Wright Mechanical Services is seeking a reliable, motivated HVAC Helper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, learning new skills, and supporting experienced technicians in the field. Position Summary The HVAC Helper works under the direction of a lead technician to perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and general support on a variety of HVAC systems and related equipment. This position involves physical tasks such as lifting/moving heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working safely in a fast‑paced environment.
