Advantage Technical is hiring an HVAC Repair Mechanic for a leading brake manufacturer in Westminster, MD. If you're mechanically sharp, safety-minded, and ready to grow with a stable team, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do (Job Duties) Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul HVAC equipment including compressors, coils, and piping Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance and calibration Clean equipment using solutions, vacuum systems, high-pressure wash, or dry ice blasting Report equipment defects and part issues to supervision Support fellow technicians and team members as directed Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with company policies and applicable standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and others) What You Bring (Experience and Qualifications) Hands-on experience with HVAC repair, maintenance, or overhaul Mechanical aptitude with inspection tools and equipment maintenance Familiarity with controls and instrumentation Strong time management and problem-solving skills Ability to follow policy, procedures, and safety/quality guidelines Advantage Technical Benefits Competitive weekly pay: $20.55/hour Weekly direct deposit Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Optional 401(k) Don't wait - apply now and put your HVAC skills to work with a team that values reliability and safety.
